Key Responsibilities

Identify target markets, including homeowners, schools, corporates, and commercial spaces, and design customized sales approaches that address their specific needs and preferences.
Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics and ensure offerings stay aligned with customer demand and industry shifts.
Client Relationship Management

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Focus on understanding each client’s unique needs to offer tailored recommendations across various product categories.
Manage communications with clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and offering post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups and satisfaction surveys to gain insights on customer preferences and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Marketing Campaign Development and Execution

Create and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, online advertising, and print, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Develop engaging content that highlights the company’s expertise in indoor plants, pest management, landscaping, kitchen gardening, vegetable seeds, and micronutrients, showcasing the benefits of these offerings.

Product Promotion and Lead Generation

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the benefits of eco-friendly products and services in a clear and engaging way.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, tracking KPIs, and deriving insights from marketing analytics. Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing software is beneficial.
