Check to see if your payment method is up to date. If it isn’t, update it in the Payments center, then try your purchase again. Make sure you have enough money in your account for the purchase. If you’re still having issues, contact your bank to see if there’s a problem with your account.

The most common reasons for your payment to fail are either filters your bank applies to certain transactions made online, or amount limitations applied to your account. If your payment is being rejected, please reach out to your bank to get additional information.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  1. Make sure that you’re logged into your account on which you want to redeem the code.
  2. Go to the Promo Code Redemption Page.
  3. Enter your code in the box below Enter Your Code.
  4. Click Redeem.

Open the User Accounts control panel, Click the account settings you want to edit. Click Change the account name. Enter the correct name for the account then click Change Name.
