As a Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) in the maintenance department, I have gained hands-on experience in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of machinery. My key responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks on Decorators and Inker machines, including overhauling, as well as implementing and managing weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules. Additionally, I document and track maintenance records to ensure seamless continuity. I am also responsible for achieving 100% machine reliability and minimizing downtime to near 0% through proactive maintenance activities. Notably, I have gained hands-on experience in overhauling Lacquer Spray Machine (LSM). Through this role, I have developed strong skills in mechanical maintenance, scheduling, documentation, and reliability-centered maintenance, making me a valuable asset to the team.”
