Research into identifying materials or solution requirements.  Development activities to create new product and development of its formulation procedures, Continous supervising production process and provision of trainings for continuous improvement, etc.  Building prototypes and testing both in-house and on-site.  Planning product R&D activities and Product design and testing formulated products i.e. EC,,OD,SE,SL,FS,ZC,WP,WG,WS,Gr as well as new product development.  Solution integration and testing and Analyzing product results.  Auditing & Manufacturing planning of production ,QC and R&D as per ISO-17025-2017 and regulatory requirements.  Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.  Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.  Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA/QC and R&D team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.  Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.  Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.  Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.  Performs other duties as assigned.  Hires and trains quality assurance staff.

 To provide input in developing comprehensive Quality Assurance procedures and guidelines, determination of product shelf life and product improvement/development.  Participate in structured quality improvement activities related to customer, consumer issues and CRQS gaps  Analysis and assignment to standard Quality loss trees in support of operational KPI’s.  To implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of critical control points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in production processes and finished goods quality.  To provide comprehensive Quality Assurance, Shelf life, Market complaint of current and new products.  Troubleshooting & internal Calibration of Density meter,Viscosity meter,Karl Fischer, GC-FID, HPLC, pH meter, Conductivity meter, AAS, Weighing Balance, Stability Chamber, Oven.  Responsible for authentic analysis of raw material i.e. Xylene, Methanol, Active ingredient , excipient and finish product.  Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.  Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.  Responsible for development of new products.  Responsible for plant products formulations SC,EW,WP,WDG,EC,SL by lab recipes.  Responsible for all analysis reports of raw material, excipient and finish product.  Analysis of Packaging material i.e. PET, HDPE, Polypropylene etc.  Responsible for Competence Training and Awareness of lab staff.  Responsible for maintain QMS audit documents.  Responsible for communicate awareness of QMS to lab staff.  Responsible for initiate CPA's and closing of CPA's.  Responsible for maintaining quality standard procedures.  Responsible for perform R&D samples and trails.  Responsible for Documentation of ISO17025
