I am a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology and currently serve as Director (HR) at the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Islamabad. With 15 years of experience, I have enhanced Organizational Psychology practices and optimized HR functions, significantly improving recruitment processes and employee capacity across various esteemed projects.
My management and implementation of the Recruitment Processes led to streamlined hiring, reducing time-to-fill positions by 20% and increasing candidate satisfaction through improved selection criteria.
I have managed and implemented the Recruitment Processes for the employees of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Training Need Assessment, Job Description Newsletter Management (Publishing), Research Articles, and Business Development Programs/Projects in various contexts. Working for Govt. of the Punjab, Federal Government, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNAIDS, UNICEF, University of the Punjab, University of Education and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, I have become the Part of many renowned projects.

Besides working as Chief Psychologist for Punjab AIDS Control Program, I have served as Focal Person for a joint rehab project bringing together Walled City of Lahore Authority, TEVTA and Akhuwat and PACP. I also led the initiative for setting up of Pakistan’s first ever Exclusive Transgenders Clinic at Fountain House Lahore.
