The Assistant Monitoring Officer (AMO) at the Planning and Development Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) plays a pivotal role in overseeing and assessing the progress of development projects (ADP, PSDP, and Non-ADP) within the province. This position is integral to ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, align with established objectives, and adhere to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct regular site visits to various development schemes across the district, collecting data and assessing the implementation status. Assist the District Monitoring Officer in compiling and analyzing this information to generate comprehensive reports.

Data Management: Enter all monitoring and evaluation data into the District Project Management Information System (DPMIS), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Reporting: Prepare detailed M&E reports and submit them to the Divisional Monitoring Office through the District In-charge, Monitoring.

Official Correspondence: Assist the District head in official correspondence related to monitoring activities.

Data Organization: Organize and maintain all data evidence for activities completed at the field level, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
