I am currently working as a Night Manager at Serena Hotel, Peshawar and also
studying for an MPhil in Library and Information Science at the University of
Peshawar. I have a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the
University of Peshawar and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Engineering from Govt Degree
College Chitral. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in
front-office management. Before his current role, worked as a Shift Leader at Pearl
Continental Hotel, where he managed reservations, handled guest complaints, and
ensured smooth communication among staff. He was recognized as Supervisor of the
Month and Employee of the Month for his outstanding performance. I have strong
technical skills, including Opera PMS, KOHA, Calibera, SLIMS Library Management
Software, and Microsoft Office, and also skilled in credit card processing, account
management, and guest services. Fida is fluent in English, Urdu, Pashto, and Kehwor
(Chitrali). motivated team player and a quick learner dedicated to providing excellent

Work & Experience
As a Night Manager at Serena Hotel, Peshawar, I oversee the hotel's operations during the night shift. My main duties include: Supervising Staff: I manage and support the night staff to ensure they perform their duties well. Guest Services: I help guests with check-ins, and check-outs, and handle any issues or complaints they may have. Security: I ensure the hotel is safe and secure during the night. Daily Reports: I prepare and review reports on the hotel’s activities and finances during my shift. Problem Solving: I address and resolve any problems that arise during the night. My goal is to ensure that guests have a pleasant and safe stay, and that the hotel runs smoothly during the night.
As a Front Office Shit Leader, you are responsible to provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience your role will include key responsibilities such as: *Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure *Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
