Visit target community to identify and evaluate their technical requirements Provide counseling and advisory services to farmers on crop cultivation and fertilization, harvesting, disease prevention, farm management, farm financing, marketing and other agricultural subjects Organize and conduct field trials to find solutions to community’ problems Plan and implement improvements for the community such as using more effective pest control measures Organize training for community/farmers and other interested groups Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, with community/farmers Carry out administrative duties, managing budgets and accounts, Update information, analyze agricultural data prepare reports. Liaise with research department pertaining to farming and agriculture Maintain records of services provided and the effects of advice given .Any other task assigned by the executive Director relevant to the project of village development plans and data collection. Any other task assigned by the
