Hafiz Rizwan Ali

I am working as Assistant Manager (Farms) at the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) Foundation in Chashma, Mianwali, I am entrusted with overseeing the operational aspects of a large-scale agricultural site. The Foundation owns a total of approximately 5000 acres of land, which is dedicated to various agricultural activities and crop production. My role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, focusing on optimizing agricultural practices and ensuring the smooth management of both the workforce and machinery. My contributions extend from the formulation of yearly plans to the execution of farm operations such as annual budget preparation, crop plan preparation, management of agricultural operations, labour management, machinery management,  management of high efficiency irrigation system (sprinkler system).
