Phenotypic Data Collection: Accurately collect and record phenotypic data of crops, including observations on plant characteristics, growth patterns, and any other relevant metrics, to support research and development efforts. Additional Skills: Hand Emasculation: Proficient in the manual emasculation of wheat plants to prevent self-pollination and ensure controlled breeding. Selective Pollination: Skilled in performing selective pollination techniques to ensure the transfer of desired genetic traits.
