I am a professional communication and customer care expert. I have around 10 years of experience in the field of education, communication and customer/relationship management. I have a degree in English from the University of London and a communication specialist trainer from the University of Cambridge. I am currently also working in a managerial and communication trainer role in a global IT company headquartered in Pakistan and am looking forward to switch to a senior position now in the public sector.
