Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant at ASE Constructors, your duties will include:

Financial & Accounting Tasks

1. Managing general accounting concepts and maintaining accurate financial records.

2. Handling bookkeeping, data entry, and voucher preparation (payment & receipt).

3. Verifying purchase orders, GRN (Goods Received Notes), and stock requisitions.

4. Conducting bank reconciliations and coordinating with vendors/customers.

5. Ensuring internal controls for procurement and accounts payable.

Store & Inventory Management

1. Preparing GRN/MRN (Material Received Notes) for raw materials.

2. Performing physical stock-taking periodically.

3. Managing petty cash and imprest accounts.

Payroll & Banking

1. Assisting in monthly salary and wage disbursements for staff and laborers.

2. Visiting banks for financial transactions and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.

2. Experience in manufacturing and store accounting (computerized environment).

3. Knowledge of ERP accounting software.

4. Ability to handle bank reconciliations and financial statements.

5. Good communication skills for vendor/customer coordination.

Preferred Additional Experience

1. Cold storage accounting experience will be a plus.

2. Must be a team player with problem-solving abilities.
