Key Responsibilities of an Accounts / Documentation Officer
Accounts & Financial Management
1. Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
2. Assist in tax filings, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions for seamless operations.
4. Prepare invoices, manage payments, and track financial transactions.
Documentation & Compliance
1. Prepare, organize, and manage official documents, reports, and correspondence.
2. Draft letters, applications, and reports for government departments such as FBR, SECP, and EOBI.
3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and corporate filings.
4. Maintain records of communications and submissions with regulatory authorities.
Government Liaison & Coordination
1. Visit government offices, including FBR, SECP, EOBI, and Social Security, as required.
2. Follow up on company registrations, tax matters, and compliance-related tasks.
3. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies to resolve issues efficiently.
General Administrative Support
1. Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to accounts and documentation.
2. Support management with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills Required for the Role

1. Proficiency in payroll processing and accounts software.
2. Strong command of financial statement analysis and bank reconciliation.
