Keeping track of receivables from clients.
Ensuring timely processing of invoices.
2. Bank Transactions & Reconciliation
Handling daily bank deposits and withdrawals.
Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
Monitoring financial records to prevent errors.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Preparing financial reports for senior management.
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
4. Accounting Software Management
Using accounting software for transaction records.
Maintaining financial databases accurately.
Generating reports as required.
