3. DDO Experience: Previous experience as a Drawing and Disbursement Officer (DDO) is required for this position.

4. Preferred Qualifications: PIPFA and SAS certifications would be considered an advantage, as they are valuable for understanding government accounting and financial management practices.

5. Skills: Strong accounting and financial management skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and apply government accounting procedures, especially in the context of PSDP-funded projects.
