Key Responsibilities

- Record Meeting Minutes and Transcripts: Keep accurate minutes of meetings, making sure they are documented correctly and shared with relevant stakeholders.

- Organize Meetings and Schedules: Arrange and manage meetings, planning departmental activities and maintaining various department calendars.
Financial and Office Management Duties:
- Basic Bookkeeping: Handle bookkeeping duties such as tracking expenses, ensuring financial records are accurate, and maintaining budgets.
- Prepare Financial Documents: Generate and organize bills, contracts, and invoices as needed, helping to streamline financial processes.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor office supplies and report any shortages to management to ensure smooth operations.
