About the Job
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gulberg 2, Lahore, Pakistan. The selected candidates will work the third shift (night shift) and will be responsible for handling airline ticketing and reservations.
The company offers a competitive salary package of PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Booking and issuing airline tickets using Sabre GDS.
2. Assisting customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
3. Managing group bookings and special requests for Hajj and Umrah travelers.
4. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
5. Keeping up-to-date with airline policies, ticketing rules, and fare calculations.
6. Handling refunds, reissues, and itinerary modifications.
7. Managing sales and business development in the travel and tourism industry.
