Key Responsibilities of the AM/DM HR & Admin Role
The AM/DM HR & Admin position involves a range of essential HR and administrative functions, including but not limited to:

- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Training and Development: Organize training sessions to boost employee skill sets and enhance overall productivity.

- Administrative Oversight: Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed effectively, including record-keeping, data management, and payroll processing.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in HR or administration, gained within either a public or private sector setting. Applicants should have a strong foundation in employee management, policy implementation, and administrative practices. Additionally, applicants should possess:
