About the Role

A Landscape Architect at Horti Club will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the creation of outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Planning

1. Develop innovative landscape designs for residential, commercial, or public projects.

2. Use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and GIS to create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D renderings of designs.

3. Ensure that the design aligns with the client’s needs and project goals.

Project Management

1. Oversee the projects from concept to completion, making sure that timelines and budgets are followed.

2. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscaping elements into the larger project framework.

Site Analysis

1. Conduct surveys of the sites to assess environmental factors, soil conditions, and existing vegetation.

2. Identify and address challenges related to drainage, accessibility, and sustainability.

Sustainability and Conservation

1. Promote sustainable landscaping practices, such as native planting, water conservation, and energy-efficient designs.

Client Engagement

Qualifications and Skills
