Job Responsibilities of an Area Manager

4. Safeguarding, Anti-Fraud, and Risk Management
1. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including protection from fraud and corruption.

5. Finance, Grants, and Compliance
1. Manage budget allocation and ensure the responsible use of funds.
2. Ensure all financial activities comply with organizational and donor regulations.
Skills and Qualifications Required
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Background
1. Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
Experience
1. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, community mobilization, public administration, advocacy, and outreach campaigns.
2. Preferably, experience in similar NGO projects or social service roles.
Skills Needed
1. Strong reporting and documentation skills.
2. Monitoring and evaluation experience.
3. Ability to manage field activities effectively.
