About the Role – What Does an Area or Territory Manager Do?
Responsibilities and Job Duties
1. Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets within your assigned region.
2. Building and maintaining a strong dealer/distributor network for product availability.
3. Promoting and selling agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
4. Conducting field visits and providing technical support to farmers and dealers.
5. Staying updated with the latest crop technologies and pest control solutions.
6. Collecting market feedback to improve sales strategies.

Who Can Apply? – Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualification
1. B.Sc (Hons) or M.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture.
Experience
1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in agriculture sales or crop protection.
2. Practical knowledge of field crops, especially related to seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
Required Skills
1. Excellent sales and communication skills.
2. Experience in dealer network development.
3. Strong understanding of crop technology and agriculture product knowledge.
