Qualification and Experience Requirements
To apply for the Assistant position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Certification: A minimum of three months Office Automation Certificate in Computer operations from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Previous office automation experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Selection Process
The selection process will involve the following:
- Written Test: The test will consist of an essay writing paper and a practical test of office automation skills on a computer.
- Essay Writing (Total: 80 Marks)
- English: 20 Marks
- Urdu: 20 Marks
- Pakistan Affairs: 40 Marks
- Practical Test of Office Automation (20 Marks)
- Essay Writing (Total: 80 Marks)
- Only candidates who pass the written test will be called for the practical test.
