Experience:
At least 2 years of administrative experience in either public or private sector organizations. Experience must be after obtaining the required qualifications, and private-sector experience is only valid if the organization is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory body.
Role and Responsibilities of Assistant Director (HR & Admin)
As an Assistant Director (HR & Admin), your primary responsibility will be managing and overseeing the administrative and HR tasks within the Punjab Council of Arts. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing various functions such as:
- Human Resource Management: You will handle recruitment, employee management, staff development, and performance evaluations. Ensuring that the organization has the right people in place is a key responsibility.

Test and Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a written test, which will be in the MCQ format. The test will consist of 100 marks and must be completed within 90 minutes.
- Test Subject Breakdown:
- Qualification-Related Questions (80%): Primarily questions related to HR, management, and administration.
- General Ability (20%): Topics include General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, English, Urdu, Basic Mathematics, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies.
Eligibility and Qualifications
To apply for this position, candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the public, private, or corporate sectors, focusing on general administration. Administrative experience gained after completing the required qualification will only be considered. Furthermore, private-sector experience is only valid if the entity is registered with recognized authorities like the SECP or the Registrar of Firms.
The educational requirement is a Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, M.B.A., or MPA, with at least 1st Division or a 3.0 CGPA from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
