Qualification Options
Option 1: M.Sc. Nursing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Option 2: B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Registered Nurse) with relevant experience.
Option 3: B.Sc. Nursing (Generic) and one year specialized diploma in nursing education or any other discipline.
Option 4: Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with diplomas in Nursing Management and Nursing Education.
Experience
Option 1: M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification with at least four years of experience as a Nursing Instructor or similar role.
Option 2: B.Sc. Nursing Post-Registered Nurse with six years’ experience.
Option 3: B.Sc. Nursing Generic with six years’ experience and a specialized diploma.
Option 4: Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with at least three years’ experience and relevant diplomas.
Post-qualification experience is mandatory, with preference given to candidates having practical experience from any government health institution.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Director, Nursing Superintendent, or other nursing education roles, your responsibilities will include:
