Job Title: Assistant Manager Admin/Accounts (Projects)

Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree from any HEC-recognized university (preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related fields)
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager Admin/Accounts
The Assistant Manager Admin/Accounts (Projects) will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of various projects at PGJDC. Below are the main duties of this role:
1. Administrative Management
As part of the administration team, you will manage daily office operations, organize meetings, and maintain records for various projects. This involves coordinating with different departments and ensuring smooth execution of all administrative processes related to the projects.
2. Financial Management and Accounting
You will be responsible for handling the financial aspects of the projects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining records of all transactions. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and ensure that all expenses are documented and accounted for properly.
3. Project Coordination

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Experience
You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience if you have a Master’s degree, or 7 years of relevant experience if you have a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in administrative and financial affairs, particularly in project management, is required.
