Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Change Control Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the change control process to ensure the smooth implementation of changes while maintaining product quality and compliance. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Change Control Management
Overseeing and ensuring all change control processes are conducted in accordance with established guidelines.
Reviewing, evaluating, and approving change control documentation for pharmaceutical products.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure changes are well-documented and communicated effectively.
2. Collaboration Across Departments
Working closely with the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Managing the impact of changes on product quality, supply chain, and production schedules.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Ensuring that all documentation related to changes is accurate, up-to-date, and properly archived.
Preparing and submitting reports regarding change control activities to senior management.
4. Continuous Improvement
Identifying areas for improvement within the change control processes and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
Assisting in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for change control management.
5. Training & Development
Training and mentoring team members on the change control process.
Ensuring team members understand regulatory requirements and the importance of effective change control.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To be successful in this role, Efroze is looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
1. Educational Qualifications
Pharm D or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
2. Experience
04 to 06 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in the Quality Management System (QMS) section is highly preferred.
3. Location
The position is based in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Sindh.
4. Work Schedule
Full-time position with a Monday to Friday shift.
