Experience Requirements

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Coordination
As an Assistant Manager Coordination at Ignite, you will support the Company Secretary’s Office in administrative, project management, and coordination duties. Here are the key responsibilities:
Meeting Support
1. Organize and facilitate board/committee meetings:
2. Convene meetings.
3. Draft and approve agendas.
4. Distribute working papers and presentations.
5. Prepare minutes and track actionable items.
Regulatory Compliance
1. Prepare and file statutory returns under relevant regulations (Companies Act, SOR Act, etc.).
2. Maintain statutory records and registers for the company.
Program Coordination
1. Support internal and external activities related to Ignite programs:
2. Solicitation, evaluation, execution, and monitoring under the Company Secretary’s supervision.
3. Coordinate with admin for travel and accommodations for board/committee members.
Reporting and Audits
1. Assist in preparing periodic progress reports for the Ministry of Information Technology.
2. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and other key stakeholders.
General Support
1. Facilitate smooth liaison with SRCP and other relevant entities.
2. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.
