Qualification & Experience
1. Education: Masters in Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or ICMA.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in handling import processes, including Letters of Credit (LC), I-Form, Cash Against Documents (CAD), and trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Import Process Management
1. Oversee the end-to-end import process, including banking transactions like LC, I-Form, and CAD.
2. Ensure accurate and timely documentation to comply with international trade rules.
Shipping Coordination
1. Manage shipping operations such as Bills of Lading, container management, space booking, and cargo handling.
2. Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, and suppliers to streamline logistics.
Customs Clearance
1. Supervise customs clearance processes, including ITPS and Goods Declaration (GD) filing.
2. Work with clearing agents to ensure compliance and timely clearance.
Communication and Reporting
1. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, banks, and internal departments like Accounts Payable and Treasury.
2. Maintain accurate records of trade documentation and provide regular updates to management.
Travel Requirements
1. Be willing to travel to Gujrat as necessary to oversee trade operations and ensure smooth execution.
