About the Role – Assistant Manager Operations
As an Assistant Manager Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to handle operational processes, and experience in solid waste management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily waste collection and disposal operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
2. Supervise and coordinate field staff, including supervisors, drivers, and waste collection teams.
3. Collaborate with the GIS expert to track waste collection and transportation performance.
4. Monitor and improve team productivity while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Work with the maintenance team to manage equipment and vehicle servicing and repairs.
7. Prepare operational reports, including daily KPIs, incident reports, and progress updates.
8. Monitor operational budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
9. Assist in managing operational emergencies to minimize service disruption.
10. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
11. Manage client relationships and resolve complaints to maintain service quality.
12. Compile statistics and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
13. Track and evaluate KPIs to ensure 100% operational efficiency.
14. Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
Who Can Apply?
Experience Required
1. 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in solid waste management.
Educational Qualifications
1. MS Project Management

4. 16 years of education in Management Sciences
