Job Description

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager Programs to join its Program Design & Development team.

This is a full-time role in the Education and Training Industry, specifically in the Programs Department.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a relevant field, who want to contribute to skill development programs across Pakistan. The job is open to both males and females aged 22 to 55 years.

Job Responsibilities

Program Development & Improvement

1. Analyze and assess existing training programs and schemes to improve their effectiveness.

2. Assist in the development of new program proposals to enhance skill development initiatives.

3. Act as a bridge between Program Design and Program Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

Data Analysis & Reporting

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to track performance.

2. Maintain a real-time program design dashboard with the help of the IT team.

3. Prepare reports on program performance and suggest improvements.

Project & Program Management

1. Work as a Project Management Office (PMO) for the effective execution of all programs.

2. Identify and resolve program design-related challenges in consultation with the Chief Program Officer (CPO).

3. Assist the CPO with all program-related activities and strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

1. A Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Project Management, Management Science, or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant field.
