Job Description

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is looking for a qualified professional to join their team as an Assistant Manager Strategy & Partnerships. This is a contract-based role in the IT & ITeS industry, requiring a dynamic individual who can contribute to business growth and international partnerships.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, supporting business development initiatives, and representing Pakistan’s IT & ITeS sector at global forums. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, marketing, and international relations.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

1. Executing marketing, branding, and partnership strategies.

2. Supporting outreach campaigns to promote PSEB initiatives.

3. Conducting market research and providing insights for business growth.

4. Identifying strategic partnership opportunities.

5. Developing and maintaining relationships with international clients.

6. Supporting lead generation activities and managing a sales pipeline.

International Collaboration & Representation

1. Representing the IT & ITeS sector at industry forums and events.

2. Supporting international partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

3. Tracking and reporting on strategic initiatives and partnership outcomes.

Administrative & Analytical Tasks

1. Preparing reports and presentations on partnerships and strategic initiatives.

2. Maintaining familiarity with global IT & ITeS market trends.

3. Using CRM software and MS Office tools to manage operations.

Who Can Apply?

Education & Experience Requirements

Qualification: A minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in partnerships, business development, or international relations, preferably in the IT & ITeS sector.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic knowledge of market research and analysis.

3. Familiarity with global IT & ITeS markets and trends.

4. Ability to support Government-to-Government (G2G) collaborations (a plus).

Maximum Age: 40 years.
