Qualification
MBBS or equivalent from a recognized university by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomate of the American Board in Cardiac Surgery from a recognized institute.
OR If the above qualifications are unavailable, candidates must have:
MBBS + FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD in General Surgery or Medicine
Three years of post-graduation practical experience in Cardiac Surgery.
Experience
If the candidate has FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD in Cardiac Surgery, no additional experience is required.
If the candidate has General Surgery or Medicine qualifications, three years of practical experience in Cardiac Surgery is mandatory.
