Job Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Training
Educate undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Haematology.
Conduct clinical and theoretical lectures.
Supervise students during laboratory and clinical rotations.
2. Research & Development
Conduct and supervise research in blood disorders.
Publish findings in national and international medical journals.
Develop improved diagnostic and treatment techniques.
3. Clinical Work
Work in hospital laboratories and wards to diagnose blood-related diseases.
Assist in patient management and treatment planning.
Collaborate with specialists in oncology, pathology, and internal medicine.
4. Administrative Duties
Assist in curriculum development and syllabus planning.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification Requirements
MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) / Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
Postgraduate qualification in Haematology:
FCPS, MRC Path, Diplomat American Board, M.Phil., or Ph.D. in Haematology (recognized by PMDC/PMC).
OR FCPS, MRC Path, Diplomat American Board, M.Phil., or Ph.D. in a related subject of pathology with one year of post-graduate experience in Haematology.
Registered with PMDC/PMC with a valid permanent registration certificate.
Experience Requirement
Minimum three years of experience in Haematology after post-graduation, gained in a PMDC/PMC-recognized institution.
Only teaching/practical experience after acquiring the prescribed qualification will be considered.
