Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Assistant Professor of Oral Pathology position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
Educational Qualification
1. BDS or Equivalent Dental Qualification: The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or any equivalent dental qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC.
2. Postgraduate Qualification: Candidates with a postgraduate qualification such as D.Sc., Ph.D., M.D.S. (Pak), or M.Phil. will be given priority. Alternatively, a postgraduate diploma in the respective field with five years of teaching experience in a recognized institution will also be considered.
Experience
1. Teaching Experience: Only teaching experience after the prescribed qualification will be considered. If a candidate has seven years of teaching experience as a Demonstrator in the relevant subject, they may also be eligible.
Age Limit
1. Male: 25 to 50 years (with a 5-year relaxation)
2. Female: 25 to 53 years (with an 8-year relaxation)
3. Transgender: Age and sex based on CNIC
Other Requirements
1. Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in any district of the province of Punjab.
