- Experience: Three years of service as a constable or head constable in the functional unit with a clean service record. Candidates must be under 45 years of age.
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (second division) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: 21 to 35 years, with a one-time age relaxation of five years for in-service candidates.
