Job Responsibilities

As an Associate Professor of Radiotherapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching: Providing high-quality education to medical students in the field of radiotherapy.
  • Clinical Practice: Engaging in clinical duties related to radiotherapy, ensuring that students learn through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
  • A postgraduate qualification such as FCPS, MS, FRCS, MRCP, MD, or an equivalent in the relevant specialty.

Alternative Qualifications (if the above are unavailable):

  • An MBBS or equivalent medical qualification and a postgraduate qualification in General Surgery or Medicine, along with three years of post-graduation practical experience in the specialty.

Experience Required

Candidates must have:

  • A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a recognized institution as an Assistant Professor or an equivalent position, with at least three published research papers in standard medical journals.
