Job Responsibilities of a Bakery/Floor Supervisor
1. Staff Supervision & Training
Overseeing and managing the bakery floor staff.
Ensuring that employees follow company policies and hygiene standards.
Training new staff members on bakery operations and customer service.
2. Customer Service & Satisfaction
Ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.
3. Bakery Operations & Management
Supervising the preparation and display of sweets and baked items.
Monitoring product quality and ensuring freshness.
Keeping track of inventory and managing stock levels.
4. Fast Food & Retail Supervision
Overseeing the fast-food section of the bakery.
Ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
Managing daily sales and coordinating with the retail team.
