As a Bidder Specialist, your role will involve leveraging your business development and bidding expertise to help secure projects for the company. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, crafting persuasive proposals, and ensuring the success of your bids.

Key Responsibilities of a Bidder Specialist

1. Client Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them with tailored solutions.

2. Proposal Writing: Create high-quality, persuasive proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the company’s value proposition.

3. Bidding on Platforms: Participate in real-time bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork or similar platforms.

4. Negotiation and Conversion: Negotiate terms with clients and close deals to ensure revenue growth.

5. Client Retention: Focus on building long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and ongoing trust.

  • First Shift (Day)
  • Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
