Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 10 banking professionals, ensuring high morale and achieving performance targets.

2. Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

3. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote bank products and services.

4. Performance Analysis: Analyze branch performance metrics and create action plans to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

5. Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service by training staff and implementing best practices.

6. Staff Development: Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and encourage professional development.

7. Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive banking experience.

8. Reporting: Prepare and present performance and operational reports to senior management.

9. Financial Management: Monitor budgets and profit margins to maintain branch profitability.
