Key Responsibilities

1. Cold Calling

The main responsibility for the Business Development Executive is to make cold calls to potential clients. This involves introducing the company’s products and services to prospects and convincing them to engage further with the sales process.

A good understanding of the market and excellent communication skills are key to making these calls successful.

2. Appointment Setting

Once initial contact is made, you will be responsible for setting up appointments for the sales team or closers. Ensuring these appointments are scheduled efficiently and in line with the team’s availability will play a major role in driving sales opportunities forward.
