Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, your role will be both exciting and challenging. You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Your daily tasks may include:

1. New Business Development

Identify new leads and business opportunities in the digital marketing and web development sectors. Research and approach potential clients, pitching Evolvance’s services, and converting leads into clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided. Act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

3. Account Management & Strategy Development

Manage existing client accounts and develop strategies to enhance business growth and retention. Work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

4. Sales & Negotiation

Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients. Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.

5. Presentation and Market Research

Present company services to potential clients and tailor presentations to meet their specific needs. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a mix of technical skills and soft skills, including:

1. New Business Development and Lead Generation expertise.

2. Strong business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

3. Client Relationship Management experience.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (a plus).

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

6. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

7. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

8. Previous experience in digital marketing or related industries is an added advantage.
