Key Responsibilities
1. Identify Potential Leads
As a Business Development Manager, one of your primary responsibilities will be identifying potential leads independently.
You will use a combination of networking, cold-calling, and other sources to find new opportunities for business. Your strong ability to initiate contact and build relationships will be essential in this process.
2. Create and Close New Business Opportunities
Your role will be to create new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and nurturing relationships. Once opportunities are identified, you will be responsible for closing deals, ensuring the business is able to generate revenue and expand its client base.
3. Work Closely with Delivery Functions
You will work closely with the delivery functions of the company to ensure that the projects and services are executed successfully. Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to ensure client expectations are met and that the projects run smoothly from start to finish.
4. Develop Client Relationships
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients will be at the heart of your role. You will engage with potential clients through various methods, including networking and presentations, to generate awareness and preference for ConnectX Services’ offerings.
5. Onboard Clients for BPO Services
Identifying and onboarding clients suitable for BPO services will be key to expanding the company’s clientele. You will have the responsibility of recommending which opportunities should be pursued and ensuring clients are onboarded seamlessly into the business’s BPO processes.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the BPO industry.
- Sales Expertise: A proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and closing deals.
- BPO Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of transitioning campaigns for Inbound/Outbound Lead Generation, Survey, and Sales processes.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiating and quoting prices for various work models.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
