Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Officer

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

Identify potential clients and investment opportunities in the real estate market.

Conduct thorough market research to analyze current trends and competitors.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with clients and investors.

Guide clients through the property buying and selling process.

Address client queries and provide them with investment solutions.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.

Implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the company.

4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination

Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to improve client services.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

6. Client Retention & Follow-up

Ensure long-term relationships with existing clients.

Follow up with clients for feedback and future business opportunities.

Required Skills

Knowledge of commercial real estate

Amazon FBA knowledge (a plus)
