The Government of Punjab’s Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) has opened applications for positions in its VIP Flight (Fixed Wing) department, with vacancies for Chief Pilot, Pilot, and Co-Pilot. About the Department: VIP Flight (Fixed Wing) – S&GAD

Job Positions and Responsibilities

1. Chief Pilot (BS-20)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of flight operations, including crew management and safety.
• Act as Pilot-in-Command on VIP flights and ensure compliance with all flight protocols.
• Supervise other pilots, ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• A minimum of 3000 flying hours, including at least 2000 hours on twin-engine jet aircraft and 500 hours on turbo prop.

Age Limit: 35-45 years

2. Pilot (BS-19)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Pilot and perform duties as Pilot-in-Command when required.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft safety.
• Manage in-flight responsibilities and coordinate with the Co-Pilot for smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• A minimum of 2000 flying hours, including 1000 hours on twin-engine jet aircraft, with at least 300 hours as Pilot-in-Command.

Age Limit: 25-35 years

3. Co-Pilot (BS-19)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pilot and Chief Pilot in all flight operations.
• Conduct in-flight monitoring and navigation duties.
• Ensure safety and compliance under the guidance of senior crew members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• A minimum of 2000 flying hours, including 500 hours on twin-engine aircraft.

Age Limit: 25-35 years
