Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our skincare products. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Quality Control Inspections and Sampling:
- Perform thorough inspections of products during manufacturing to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Collect and analyze samples to identify any deviations or defects.
- Addressing and Documenting Quality Issues:
- Quickly identify and document any quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve these issues effectively.
- Ensuring SOP Adherence and Offering Advice:
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Provide expert advice to the production team on best practices and improvements.
- Participating in Issue Investigation and Resolution:
- Take part in investigating any quality-related issues.
- Help develop and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintaining Compliance with Standards:
- Ensure that all products and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance.
- Coordinating Nonconforming Product Sorting:
- Manage the sorting and handling of products that do not meet quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address nonconformities.
- Advising on Material Quality and Specifications:
- Provide guidance on the quality and specifications of raw materials used in production.
- Ensure materials meet required standards before use.
- Guiding Production on Machinery and Process Control:
- Offer insights and recommendations on machinery usage and process control to enhance product quality.
- Assisting in Supplier Evaluation and Material Inspection:
- Help evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Inspect materials from suppliers to confirm their quality.
- Analyzing Customer Complaints and Promoting Quality Awareness:
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness across the organization.
- Ensuring Compliance with ISO Standards:
- Ensure that all processes and products adhere to ISO standards.
- Conduct regular checks and updates to maintain ISO certification.
- Proficiency in In-Process Software and MS Office:
- Utilize in-process software and MS Office tools to manage quality control processes efficiently.
- Maintaining Safety Standards and Meeting Daily Targets:
- Uphold safety standards in all quality assurance activities.
- Meet daily targets and deadlines to ensure timely product delivery.
- Performing Tasks Assigned by Manager:
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the manager to support quality assurance objectives.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: M.Sc. or B.S. in Chemistry.
- Certifications: ISO 9001, QMS, Lean 6 Sigma certification preferred.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in reputable organizations, preferably in the healthcare or personal care industry.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and team-building skills, proficiency in MS Office & SAP ERP or similar systems.

This position is based in Ahsanabad, Super Highway, Karachi. Our head office is located at House Number 42, Bangalore Town, Off Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.
