Job Role: What Does a Communication & Coordination Officer Do?
As a Communication & Coordination Officer, you will be the connection point between project teams, government departments, and external stakeholders.
Your job will involve managing communication, scheduling meetings, and making sure all teams are aligned with the project goals. Common responsibilities may include:
1. Managing internal and external communication related to ongoing projects.
2. Preparing reports, presentations, and official documents for coordination purposes.
3. Assisting project managers in coordinating between departments and field teams.
4. Maintaining contact with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and consultants.
5. Supporting event management, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
