About the Role: Communication Expert (PPS-9)

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Reporting
- Develop and manage content for various platforms, including articles, reports, website content, and project documentation.
- Ensure all written content aligns with project goals and government standards.
Stakeholder Coordination and Engagement
- Work collaboratively with government agencies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project updates.
- Facilitate discussions and build strong relationships to support project objectives.
Data Management and Visualization
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools to present project data effectively.
- Maintain and design project management dashboards for accurate reporting and decision-making.
Communication Strategy Support
- Assist in crafting strategies to support government communication objectives, particularly in promoting SDG initiatives.
- Provide support in presentations, public relations activities, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, reporting, and communication roles.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing communication tasks within government or development sectors is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in project management dashboards.
