The Company Secretary role involves managing corporate governance, legal, and secretarial duties to ensure the organization operates efficiently and adheres to all regulations. Responsibilities include:
1. Corporate Governance

Requirements for the Position
Candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
Education
1. Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants OR
2. Membership in a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries OR
3. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience
1. A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary with expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial practices.
Skills
1. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
2. Expertise in legal drafting and corporate documentation.
