Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

1. Candidates must have one of the following degrees in Electrical/Electronics or related fields:

– Ph.D.

– MS/M.Phil

– BS/BE

– MSc

Experience

1. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, particularly in:

– Microelectronics/Chip design

– Commercialization of novel products and services

Key Skills and Responsibilities

1. Developing design flows with leading EDA vendors for verification, physical design, emulation, and debugging.

2. Conducting market analysis to align design and fabrication efforts with ASIC digital design trends.

3. Collaborating with systems teams to define digital function requirements and create detailed specifications.

4. Supporting projects from inception to tape-out while ensuring timely execution.

5. Advising startups on strategic growth, product development, and market strategies for fabless semiconductor design.

6. Guiding and training team members in achieving project goals.

7. Assisting the Project Director and higher management in meeting organizational targets.
