Job Responsibilities

Cooking Duties

1. Prepare lunch and dinner for international staff.

2. Serve tea, snacks, and meals to national staff during scheduled breaks.

3. Plan meals and snacks within a given budget while ensuring quality and affordability.

4. Maintain hygiene during food preparation and storage.

5. Cook meals for the required number of people, focusing on taste, hygiene, and sufficient quantity.

6. Create menus in advance, considering input from supervisors.

Kitchen Maintenance

1. Wash and organize dishes in kitchen cabinets.

2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, including utensils and equipment.

3. Store food properly in refrigerators.

4. Report maintenance issues promptly to the administration.

General Competencies
